handling??

I have a 2003 plate 1.216v clio....i know its not very powerful but around the tight mountain roads its just good fun point to point....its currently sitting on 14" steel wheels im either considering buying :

i would go for the aftermarket 16" wheels...1 inch wont make a difference and as they are 7j they are wider than the others so that will improve the handling
