Attended the local hill climb event at Harewood, Leeds yesterday, been meaning to go for a good while and it was worth the visit, absolutely awesome stuff. was there an old burgundy Renault alpine going up the hill. I should have been going to watch but was unable to go.

I've competed there many a time in 4 very different cars: its half sprint, half hillclimb, superb course with good organization.

Alpine was there Saturday when I was, grim weather until 11 then the sun came out and it was perfect,
Managed to set a PB too,
What happened on Sunday that required the Marshall to be taken to hospital?

Pretty much the same Sunday too, weather was up and down with a bit of drizzle and then it brightened up early afternoon. Don't know anything about a Marshall being injured, may have happened after I left as I went at around 3-ish..

Yeah I think it was as a few late runners didn't get a second timed run because of it

Headed back up at the end of July for another event, not had chance to get the photo's together until now, may as well stick them in here.
Had a walk round the paddock which had some wonderful machinery in there, weather was moody all day but was a good day's racing!
