Hazard Noises Problem

hey guys, my 1.2 16v clio Dynamique doesn't make any Hazard/indicator noise when i first brought the car, neither when: having your lights on when you open the door (Engine off)

well had a leak in my car windscreen (Fixed) and suddenly you can hear it slightly like its struggling to make the actual noise.
is their any fix to this?

Note: All Bulbs Work Outside Etc.

Is there any reason that you want this fixed?
Do the indicator lights on the dash board work when the indictors are on? If so you don't need an audible warning.

There is no clicking when you have the hazards on. I prefer it like that.

Lights on warning comes from the dials, unsure on that.

Everything Else Works On The Dash Just Struggles To Make The Noise.
Little Things Like This Annoys Me :L Not Too Bothered Bout It...
