Head Unit

I have a 1.5 GT and am wanting to change the head unit.
2 things I am wanting to know - if I buy a kenwood touch unit, then would i lose my bluetooth connection with my phone and controls by the side of the steering wheel.
And would I have to get a whole new head unit? If so, where does them?
