Headlamp realigment

My nearside headlamp aim is too low- can anyone advise me how to rectify this?

Are they HIDs?

AFAIK they're supposed to raise themselves when they start up, so it could be broken...

If they're 'normal' lights, there should be a manual adjustment thing on the back of the headlights.
