Changed the bulbs this time last year for a hid kit and haven't had any problems until this last week. Weren't steamed up this morning, parked up at work and picked up my van, came home tonight an and it was all misty. Possibly just a rubber fell off the back?

Haven't had the bonnet up yet as it was too dark by the time I got home.

Mine does this constantly! all I do to stop it is pull the rubber cover off the back and leave it off for a few days and hey bisto all clear!

I think a seal might have gone or it just has a very small amount of moister in there
