Headliner removal

I have a 2011 Clio and i want to remove the headliner, im gonna be spraying all the pillars, sun visors, grab handles and dying the headliner.
So my 2 issues;
How do i take off the grab handles?
How do i take off the white clips behind the sun visor cover (where the stem is) and the bit in the middle (infront of the interior lights)?
