Heat shield rattle

HI Every one,

I have a Clio on a 62 plate. its only the 1.2 but its just for a daily drive. i keep getting a returning problem of a rattling heat shield, i have taken it back to Renault twice now and it keeps coming back.

They now say i need to pay to fix it. After a quick Google iv seen this can be a common problem with the more powerful clio's does anyone know if it is also a common problem with the complete range on them?

Just remove it and throw it away. That's what I would do. As long as it is from that CAT back, if it round the manifold then fix it

Get onto Renault UK, would i f**k pay for anything like that to be sorted! Its a warranty, not an open discussion! Cheek of the c**ts!
