Though I'd join you're club as I've got my heart set on a Clio Renaultsport! drove a friends 172 Cup a few weeks ago and was deeply impressed. I currently drive a 2001 1.7 Ford Puma, and where as this car is brilliant for the driving I do, I've owned it for a while now and think it's time someone else enjoyed it. I'm currently all over pistonheads for sale section and will let you all know how it goes when I finally find the right motor! was previously looking at Civic Type R's, but a lot seem to be write off's and are harder to insure. So as you can understand I'm looking for that balance between performance and price, and the Clio seems to be the perfect car, will be very sad to see the Puma eventually go but hope I find a tidy Clio to take it's place!!
