very good priceI'll be selling mine shortly (from next week) - it's a 2004 182 with cup packs. Essentially that means it has all the toys (cruise control/climate control/electirc window mirrors/xenon headlight etc...but it has a better spolier then the non-cup, also has a splitter, and lower suspension.
Mine is going to be 5300....just waiting to get some standard wheels on it next week. Link to pistonheads advert which I have literally just updated is:

Done about 42500 miles, has full renault service history, long mot, and tax until end of Jan '09...don't think there is much cheaper for this money - I paid 6500 for it 11 months ago!

That is quite cheap...but that's because it is a cup. Difference is you don't get climate control, xenon headlights, leather/alcantara seats (get cheap spec cloth ones), a rear bench all in one with no split/folding rear seats, no rear headrests. Not sure if you get abs/traction control - think you do in a 182 cup, whereas you don't in a 172 cup.
yeah i do love the colour, whats the deal with getting the cambelt/aux done then? is it something that should be done at a certain time sorry for the noob questions just that i have no idea lol but yeah i do find that autotrader add quite tasty
Your only saying that because you haven't got it in your Trophy lol. The 182 cup only saves 20kgs over the 182 ff...and that is only a quarter of my weight at about 13.5 stone lol!
That isn't going to notice. You could have stuff in your boot that weighs that...and I'd take xenon's/having a proper back seat/having leather and alcantara seats for that weight gain.
The cambelt should be done around 60k miles or 5 years old I thought? Mine will be due it about halfway through next year....if you go to a specialist it should be about 450 quid.
im going to lolcheck the handbook - I'm sure it's later then 40k odd miles....
If I could get a 182ff with 40ish n cambelt/aux done for 5kish that would be perfect, so anyone got that spec for me? Lol if not I think the autotrader one would be a safe bet
im going to lol
Thanks for the warm welcome guys, I've found myself a 182 picking it up wednesday take a look at it let me know you thoughts....its on www.autoquake.com n if you go 2 sports cars and select the unavailable box its on there with 45kish on the clock
Welcome to the forum.
I personally think you'll be lucky to find a 182 where the belt has been done, as they are due at 5 years and 182's are just coming up to 5 year old now. It's something that will have to be done and depending on where you live there might be a specialist nearby that can do it at a decent price.
I would say don't let it put you off getting one, you'l love it!
