Hi guys my names Matt.
Iv just bought my first renault, its a 172 exclusive, i bought it off my mate for £475 as he had a new car and wanted rid, it was to good to miss out on. Granted it has a few trim pieces missing and a broken passenger side window motor but i was after a decent project as theres only so many ratty dubs you can do up! Basically i bought it last saturday, first things first best car iv driven, its unfortunately not going to be driven now until the cambelt kit and aux belt is changed as it was done at 46k and the car now has 112k on the clock (wouldn't believe it the way it drives!!) Ill post some pics as soon as i get home as i work away all week and ill keep you all updated on its progress! i dont plan on doing any silly changes just want to keep it standard as i believe there arent many green exclusives about????? (you tell me!!) anyway thats my essay over and its nice to meet you all.
p.s. if anyone knows any decent garages in the notts area that'll sort my cambelt issue id appreciate the info (guess thats another thread though!!)

yeah its got stacks of history i got a full folder of it, just never had the cambelt done! ill get some pics on as soon as i get back from Scotland. Just a shame i cant drive it at the minute but its better than spending 2k for a new engine!
