Help Again Please

My key fob has broken for my sport 172 exclusive, I have been told it will cost me £130 for a new one, has anyone else had the same problem, and did you get one any cheaper??

not sure.

mine is acting up and not disengaging the immobiliser some of the time so i will need a new 'un too.

our keys will be the same, i have a Mk1 172. I'll give renault a call tomorrow.

Surely you can get a fob off a written off Clio and re-program it?

you have to buy a brand new one they are £47 inc vat and 1/2 labour to program it @ £30 = £77 in my book - thats how much it cost me to have one done

j3ned told me last week that 2nd hand keys wont work
My keys are costing £75 plus vat and coding each but asked for discount and got the vat off! Still a f**king rip off.
