help cant add pics

i have been trying to add pics and its not working ive tried reading some off the guides but its still not much help.anyone got any suggestions

Open a photobucket account (free) and upload the pics to there. Then once they are in, cut and paste the IMG (i think) link on to here.

Yes photobucket is the best way and then you can keep them the same size.
