Just changing over the pads and disk but the disk is jammed solid it won budged anyone got any suggestions

rear: release handbrake
front: edge piston into caliper by carefully levering between two suitable points

you mean stuck on the hub. hit it off with a hammer put a wheel bold in a few threads so it doesnt come all the way off

Should hit the disc gently with a hide hammer.
