hi is anyone available for me to give them a call pretty urgently as im chaining my front disc's and pads and have a question please pm you number and name
right well got the top part of the caliper of pretty easy which leaves the carrier on the hub ? on the carrier there are two sliding pins with rubbers around them ? im guessing both of these should move ? as my bottom one doesn't whats the correct thing to do now , spray with wd40 get the pin out clean it with brake cleaner then re grease with copper grease ?
yes both should move freely. get them out best way you can and buy some new ones (they are cheap). Use high melting point grease when you put the new ones back in. If you use the original ones, they tend to rust up again pretty soon from what iv seen on mine...
