Help please, platic door interior trim

Does anyone know how I remove the plastic trim that covers the passenger door pillar??? I'm desperate to get it off as some t**t has dinted the pillar on the outside and i need it knocking out!

i pulled mine off with my coat by accident lol, held on b 3 plastic yellow clips....top...middle..bottom...

Pull from the top down should come off real easy 3 clips iirc
