help ... ( with making videos taken on phone available for others to see)

i need help in doing as the title suggests.

i have videos on my phone which i have now put on my computer.
what i want now is to be able to upload them for others to see !!
how is this done ???

i have about 10 videos. ^^ this one is of me overtaking muzz when he was filming as you can see in his video ... so would have been good to get this up too
