Help with pics

Right mate, in the box at the bottom click on the <A onclick="javascript
penWin(image_uploader.asp,uploader,toolbar=0,location=0,status=0,menubar=0,scrollbars=1,resizable=1,width=760,height=450)"> button third from right (upward pointing arrow), this will bring up the uploader, register on there the you can transfer your pics from your computer onto the internet.After you have uploaded your pic copy the URL of the pic (e.g. http://erc.qmuc.ac.uk/cliosport/gallery/full/yourpicture.jpg), come back here press the 2nd button from the right (looks like a tree) and paste the URL in the pop up box, click OK and you pic will appear.
