help with spraying

so know ive got the rear shocks done ive finally been bitten by the 172 bug..i now want to colour code the bump strips,i know how to get them of but im not to hot with a spray can but cant really afford bodyshop prices at the mo,so what do i need and how do i do it...thanks in advance

save up and get it done properly no point in doin the same job twice if you mess up

or get someone on her that can spray (seen a few people offering the service) to do it on the cheap

your missing the point here..i want to do it myself not only to save money but as a little challenge for myself...thats why i asked for advice

sand with wet & dry > primer > colour > laquer

do a search for 'colour coding' it will come up with loads

no worries it's just the basic method but you need to do lots of coats / letting it dry etc

nah mate a got what you said, just tryin to save you the hassle of fuckin it up and needin to get it done else where

IMO doing small bits i.e diamond badges etc can be done with rattle cans but i wouldnt take the risk on something major

surely bumpstrips arent to hard to do are they..also whilst im on the subject would ph2 bumpstrips and bullets fit a ph1

Check with couzens. im sure he fitted ph2 strips to his ph1
