Hey Folks, Few Questions,

First off im on my second clio (172/02) now, last was pretty much factory standard, anyhow i picked this one up pretty cheap with a few issues, some of which i have sorted and some of which im now needing to sort before its m.o.t in may,

Besides the above, my lovely standard exhaust seemed to literally fall apart whilst driving home the other day, so first question is, im assuming the cup "back box" fits onto the sport? if not does anyone have advice as to a nice twinpipe system thats not gonna rattle through my head on long drives ( currently work offshore so the car is only used to drive from fife to Aberdeen and the occasional school run to pick the kids up)

secondly the last m.o.t had pretty much advisories for every shock on the car, i priced originals and the difference between them and coilovers is minimal, but does anyone have an opinion on a specific set, obviously again i don't want to barny rubble it up the road and i do expect it to be a little harder but i would like a small tedious amount of comfort :S

last but not least, on the car at the moment is the speedline turinis 16" and honestly i prefer the 182 wheels, i was going to sell them and buy a set of 182,s but was wondering if anybody would be willing to swap, all 4 wheels are in good condition, 2 have very good tyres and 2 have barely legal tyres, i would be replacing all 4 tyres for its up and coming m.o.t anyhow so its no worry to me to replace the tred for future owner,

anyhow thanks for your time and help in advance folks, much appreciated,

Greg

Hi Greg
Twin pipes look poo imo. . I'd look out for a used stainless system and keep the turinis. Adam can sort you new oem suspension for a decent price too.
I'd pay the £12 to get access to the traders and the marketplace.. hope that helps

Any advice/help is much appreciated mate, I'm still undecided with the turinis, they are anthracite and just don't look right with the iceberg silver, maybe just as well get them stripped and painted silver, the suspension is a massive help, I'll get that paid and hopefully grab some advice of Adam, I'd prefer to lower it a tad so I'll see what he has, cheers again mate

cooksport springs are the most popular choice for lowering.
standard shocks are fine unless you want adjustable in which case ktec are a well priced option..
If it's just the colour that bothers you try the search thread to see what colours others have gone for with your particular colour. then paint them.
