Hi there

Hai! My name's Kieran, from Newcastle and I'm 18.

I'm gonna pull my finger out and learn to drive soon so was looking at different options for a first car. I've been told all sorts of different sheds but I wanted to have a look about for myself.

Thanks for reading :D

welcome! Intresting you have a question mark in your user name like you're unsure lol

A first car is always a pain cause of insurance. You're gonna want something small like a 1.2 engine with group 2-3 insurance. Probs heard that all before though. I have the same problem being 18.

I take it you've joined up to find out more about clio's and first cars right?

I'm currently driving a 1.2 16v clio (mk2 ph2) and recommend one. Can't wait for a sport mind! They're great little cars imo and with a few subtle mods you're onto a winner, sure they're french so the electrics don't always work and the clutch is heavy at first, but hey!

Hope that helps :)

I don't think anyone's noticed that before.

Yeah, all I'm getting off family members. One suggested a Daewoo Matiz :nono:

Yeah, I like the look of them but all my mates (most drive corsas) keep pulling the "it's french" excuse. I'm getting bored of that now!

Helped a lot mate, cheers :)
