High pitched whistling noise, normal?

Ive noticed a high pitched whistling noise that seems to be coming from front right hand side of my mkii 172 while driving at 30-35mph. Its not very loud but one of those things once youve noticed once you notice it all the time. Anyone else notice this or any idea what it could be?

This could be the mirror issue?

Try taping up the hole under your drivers side mirror
