Horn not working, and Central locking problem.

Hey all, so basically the other day I bought a phone holder for my air vent an I had the aux plugged in going across my dash. I then noticed the lead had slipped into the steering wheel gap and now my horn is not working. Is there any quick fix for this?

Also my central locking hasn't worked properly since I owned the car. The key unlocks driver side and the button unlocks the rest. Is there any way I can program it so the key unlocks and locks the both doors and boot?
