How do i get these bloody plugs out!

hi ive got a clio 16v and the all 4 plugs are stuck in, tried WD40 on em but still wont budge, any ideas?

long socket bit and a lot of force mate, remember they are french crap!

All you can do is get the socket on nice and solid and get a bloody long arm on it.

Alternatively, take the rocker cover off and see if you can get a better angle on it then.
