How do i tape up panels so polish doesn't get in cracks and on plastics etc?

something lo-tac so it doesnt leave glue on the car if its warm.

You need blue 3M masking tape from www.polishedbliss.co.uk

It's waterproof and removes without mess.

Don't know how quick you need it but Tim has some here but it's out of stock at the moment. Otherwise the blue 3M is here.

I have the 3M and some from B&Q. The 3M stuff is better. To be honest normal masking tape works fine too.

If you want the 3M local bodyshops and paint suppliers should be able to supply it too. I get mine from the local Brown Brothers.

or just use a special detailing brush it will be much quicker

That wont stop you getting polish on the trim though!

Agreed though - I never tape up panel gaps though QD and a MF aswell as a soft brush.
