how do u gt the bumper strip off?

rite before i try n do this myself and break my 172's bumper, i was wundering if any1 knoews how 2 get the strip off the bumper. does it pop off? or need unscrewing? and the same for the front diamond plz. cheers

oh hahah and i had a go at the steering wheel pannel but was 2 scared 2 pull hard lol any1 know how 2 gt that off 2?

the front diamond its held on with 3peg type bits, if u get something soft or as i did a thick bit of plastic wrapped in a cloth it just prises off and pops straight back on
