It comes as a kit that they (ITG) themselfs make up prior to dispatch.

Good chance they will be able to help but might need proof of purchase (guess)

tis true they won't sell spares without proof of purchase, and even then i think they are reluctant

If they have one they'll sell it you. If they don't then its a specially produced part which are usually done on a per order basis as such you can't buy a 'spare' as such.
