How to fit a back box

Does anybody know what is involved when fitting a back box to a 2002 clio dynamique.

U smash the old one of with a hammer and fit the new one, can be done in bout 15 mins with a m8, m8 there to go under the car so incase the car falls on ya u wont die, ur m8 will! muahahahahaha
