Hey all

Just like to say hi to everyone, i have been looking around for a forum like this for awhile the only reason why i didnt look at this one is because i thought it was for the "sport" models only  lol, anyhow glad to be here and looking at the posts your a great cummunity.

I own a Renalt Clio 52 1.5 TDCI Expression, having a couple of problems with it, one being it hasnt any alloys yet, dont want racing alloys just want renualt clio alloys but i will talk about that some other time.

Hey all

Thanks

Stuart

Nope its a membership open to all just the sport owners need something to compensate for there insecurities.

Its dci though TDCI was the Ford name for the system.
Diesel
Commonrail
Injection

It has a turbo though

TDCI stand for turbo direct commonrail injection.

hi an welcome mate

^ I think russ' alloys look mint on the expressions :) off a laguna iirc?!

looking at your pics, I'd be inclined to get clear sider repeaters, silvervision bulbs just to freshen the look a bit. if you can afford it get colour coded wing mirrors. and when you get your alloys lower it at the same time. 50mm on 16" rims looks good imo

hehe cheers mate. still neds colour coding though but havent had much cash lately with one thing and another. started running the car on optimax now as well, gotta say ive noticed a big difference, engine is alot quiter now :D

thanks for the advice everyone, i do agree with the clear side repeters make a huge difference, had them on my escort before the clio and they looked good and yes as soon as i can afford it its gona get colour coded wing mirro's but i love her she is giving me a load of crap at the moment but under neath its a great car.

lol well most women never check their oil and usually get a bloke fill the washer bottle up for them...so they have no need to know were the bonnet catch is. didnt mean it to be nasty...just offering some friendly advice :rasp:

Bring it round ;) Though small ladylike hands will make the job much easier!

Yay! I knew if I looked helpless and pathetic enough a big strong man would offer to help ;)

btw cheers Russ, I know where the bonnet catch is, and in the past I've even filled the screenwash up all by myself!

ur doin better than my gf then lol
seriously you should give changing the bulbs a shot, not takin the piss here but youd prob find it alot easier than a bloke presuming you have smallish hands as its pretty cramped in my little 1.2, id dread to think how tricky a 182 would be, my hands are pretty girly though so wasnt too hard hehe

russ your running optimax now... big spender! I should have done that when I had my 1.2 :dapprove:

It's going to look well smart colour coded matey

Just do what I do, don't use the screen wash and you won't have to fill it.
