These guys are a joke. I cant even contact them to get my money back.
I visited the web site, and I decided to use the services as detailed below:
Stolen Vehicle
Finance
Police Interest
Write Off
Scrapped Vehicle
Imported Vehicle
Confirm Make/Model

Registration Date
I then opted for the "platinum check" as detailed below:

This check allows you to confirm vehicle details with the registration. Details give Make, Model, Colour, Date first Registration, Vehicle Engine Size, Valuation
Gold Check £20 Vehicle Valuation £2.50
As silver check and includes if vehicle has finance, police interest, write off, stolen vehicle, scrapped, imported.
Vehicle Valuation is a precise estimate of the value of the vehicle, inline with current market pricing
Platinum Check £30
As above 2 checks but includes a certificate posted first class and vehicle valuation
I have been debited £30, which I think is unfair, for the following reasons:
(At the bottom, you will find the email I got back from them).
It does not tell me whether it is an "Imported Vehicle"
The valuation seems extremely low, for a two year old car, that was at least £12,500 new.
I have not been sent "a certificate posted first class and vehicle valuation"
