I had similar damage done to my old 1.4 RT Alize. Had to have new floor panel, new tailgate and new rear bumper, plus the respray. Total cost £1200. So I reckon with the rear light damage and rear wing you're looking at around 2-3k MAX! Should not be a write off, besides, as it wasn't your fault you can DEMAND they repair it instead of write it off. Sorry to hear about it, glad you're ok.

Want to get it done at a reno approved place, that way the warrenty remains completely uneffected.
