I found this in with the oil Renault supply with the car, unfortunately I cannot read the price.

with a google search the top part number brings up this:

What on earth is that doing with my oil!? Silly Mr Singh. Odd as Mr Singh was the one who bought my car new, so not sure how that got in there. I'll bin it.
