Image Size Help

Im taking a few photos for stuff im selling on ASOS, i used my iphone and im using iPhoto but i do have elements if the need arises.

I want my pictures to fit well in the preview box etc. How can i do this?

I did try exporting the photo using the width and height recommended and it still doesnt fit the box well!!

Any help much appreciated.
