which one,

pipercross viper or a magonex for a 1.2clio dynamique? also what exhaust would you combine this with for a clio, i knows its pointless but i want to doit anyway.

will a panel filter be just as effective?

If i had a 1.2 id more than likely bang an open one on it.....Cheapness, a better noise and its not asif you've really gotta worry about any power loss!!!

If your dead set on an enclosed one, i have a BMC, would reccomened one of them. Pretty sure the Vipers are very similar in comparison.
