Induction Kits and icey weather

  A slow one :-(

Do they ever freeze up with heavy frosts?

I got up this morning to put mine back on but there was a really heavy frost outside (even at 10:30!!) so it occured to me that the IK may infact freeze up! Does this happen? My IK sits on top of the engine so might be more prown to it?

ive got a hillpower IK, and its had no probs, even down to -10 degrees

on the basis it should be oil coated anyway to repel water, your safe, and consider that when you drive off in the morning theres always a patch under your car that wasnt frozen - the car is enough to insulate that bit of ground, so under the bonnet isnt going to suffer overnite. might be a different story over a prolonged blizzard or something...

im still waiting on the promised global warning anyway, bring it on.
