Interior light surround

I am looking to fit a hands free kit, and need to take out the plastic light surround on the roof to fit the mic. How does this come out without me breaking it?

I do believe you can just unclip it with your hand. It's held on by plastic spring clips. Just need to make sure you don't pull to hard or they will snap.
