how do i remove the interior mirror as i want to apply a lil design on it thanks

With great care. If you try too hard you may break the screen or the mounting block. The mirror, where it joins the mount, can be tapped lightly in an upward direction until it's free of the mount. They are quite a tight fit! Be gentle.
If you can apply your design in situ I would recommend you do it that way.
