Internet Explorer 8 - Add Ons??

My Computer did the update the other day and now I have one of those annoying Bars at the top of the Screen saying about Add Ons being Disbaled and whe I click on it I get a random box of god knows what come up form it,

Whats it all about??

I'm so $hite with Computers its unreal

Its doing my head in though.
