Ios5 upgrade

I've done a upgrade to Ios5 and now i've lost all my existing emails i had on my phone. Is there anyway i can get them back as i need some of them work related???:quiet::quiet::quiet::quiet:

You sure they are lost? Are you able to still reach your email account?

Hopefully you did a backup before updating it, but all depends what email platform you used
