iPad won't load pictures properly

As above recently my iPad hasn't been loading pictures properly sum will show but others show up as a small blue box with a ? Mark in them does anyone no why it does this or how to solve it cheers

I'm sure that happens on mine when connection isn't strong and there are loads of pics on the page. Often refresh, or switch wifi on/off or delete safari settings and try again
