ipod 4th gen 16GB nano/pioneer headunit question?

Hi all,

I am thinking of getting the new 4th gen ipod nano for my car. Up until now I have had the 2nd gen 8GB nano and used a pioneer ipod adaptor to hook upto my Pioneer headunit/DVD screen.

Now what I was wondering is, would this same adaptor fit the new 4th gen nano?

Almost certainly. Its normally the older ones they dont work with. Just ask where ever you buy it from to let you try it.

It will use the same connector but I can't tell you if it is the same software.

Cheers guys, anyone know if it will charge the ipod whilst on the move i.e whilst driving like my other one does?
