  F56 MINI Cooper S
Just bought an Ipod nano 8gb and have not got a clue how to stick songs or anything on it. Tryed to copy and paste songs from one folder to another but when i take the ipod out it says 0 songs!

Any one help me please.....

Do you have iTunes?

Plug it in. The first time you do it will promt you to name it etc. Then on the left it will say "Jordi17's iPod" then an arrow pointing right.. Click that and it will give you more options.. You can add playlists etc etc.

Its simple but by the sounds of it you dont even have iTunes..

i already have it but when i first plugged it in it said "you need to download itunes 8" so i did. Back on it now, come up with "lets get started" and the only option i have is Register later, i click this then all i get is the itunes homepage thing...

Try and get the Music into your Music Library and the go File and Sync..... Its difficult to gather just what is going on with your iPod but worth a try.

Try a CD instead... Place it in the Drive and a pop up should appear to Upload it and let it do that then click on the arrow to eject the CD and try and Sync again.

Get some screenshots up.
my comp is soooooo slow i'll be here all day.

When i keep unplugging and plugging the ipod back in a page comes up saying LETS GET REGISTERED. on the left hand side is a option saying "register later" and the other half of the page is cut off. When i click later, i have to tick a box and save something. I then get taken to the itunes homepage thing. Hard to explain tbh.

Just got an option saying "never register now" :S

rite.

Plug in your ipod. itunes should load up...

on the Left hand side ov the screen, it says Music Library etc ye? and it should appear to say Ipod Nano etc...

theres a small Drop down aarow next to it, click that and click on music..

Now..

The music you have simply drag from the Music folder on your pc and drop it in the big box were the music should be.. if you do it right it will say Synchronizing in the top box.. if it does, then them music are on the ipod now :)
