I found a Iphone one that worked for free but all the Ipod ones seem to let you download a restricked amount unless you pay

iDump. Google it, ive used it so many times!

I did mine manually by coping the folders from \iPod_Control\Music to another drive then used the auto-organize feature within mediamonkey to rename/relocate files from the Artist/Track tag info.

Worked on over 3000 tracks
