Is it worth upgrading to Hi-Specs?

Car  LY R26
Now the brakes on my 172 Cup are generally quite good,
but I have a small amount of Cash to play with,
do people think me upgrading to HiSpecs is worthwhile?

I mean....300mm brakes, 4 pot callipers...they do look a wee bit sexy!

Okay, cheers guys,
was just wondering as Im dead impressed with standard brakes on my cup anyways (have brembo rotors and some slightly better pads which i may change to CL pads)

i think you should get them :D nice blue 4pots!!!! then u can brake as hard as my saxo :P (the car which made you want 4pots)

Pants calipers mate imo. I had them on an impreza and had endless problems with the crap. They leaked and could never get a nice solid pedal. AP or just standard with decent pads and discs. :)

i like the hispec stuff, i've got the billet 4 calipers on 172 discs with my own custom brackets on the dynacup stops brilliantly, no ABS and a tilton bias valve

pads are £12 a set too :)
