Is this the right order ??

Shampoo
Polish
Glaze
Seal
Wax

Planning on doing the car soon but have never used the sealent or glaze before

Any tips would be useful too

Worth bearing in mind - Most sealants will not bond properly to a most Glazes maybe worth going straight to wax depending on what products your using.

I would either Polish, Seal and Wax or Polish, Glaze and Wax.

All depends on what products you have to use.
