for some reason my laptop as decided to restore to factory settings, so ive lost everything including all my songs from itunes etc, is there a way i can get these back as i dont fancy buying them all ok.
ive signed into my account but nothing, can i just sync them from my iphone or what

might be being retarded here, i dont have an ipod, does that still matter, would i just put iphone instead of ipod.

also if i plug my iphone into my laptop will i lose all the info from my phone, as technically there is nothingto sync from itunes is there
