Jealous or suprised?

My missus' new flat mate just turned up with her bf, as she is moving in.

The bf is a bit on the geeky side etc, but i didn't expct to see him turn up in the car he did. Black Impreza STi... Don't know if i'm jealous or i'm just totally suprised that he owned such a car.

I wouldn't associate him with such car!

Has anyone been suprised with someone owning a car that u didn't expect them to own?

Wanting a go in it tbh.

i hate impreza's the engines in them are so weak , i had a p1 and the engine went bang twice , had a fresh rebuild from subaru and then 10k later went pop , i would never have one again ,

Looks like a nice car, but heard a fair few mixed reviews of them...handling si supposed to be like superb, engines on the otherhand, like mentioned before are a little 'tricky' at times lol

Just went down and had a look at it, and saw that he has those massive locks that cover the steering wheel.. lol.. duno why, but they make my laugh when i see them!

But had a little chap with him about it, and hes had a remap and has got it to 320bhp ish. And also has a Saab Turbo but the turbo is broken.. Will take me for a spin one day..

The noise is because one of the exhausts is longer than the other, giving the bobobobob sound. The engines normally blow up from poorly maintained cooling systems/HGs.

Its just a little scooby. If its running 500bhp then it might be supprised but if not then its just boggo standard and does nothing for me.

Not a big surprise to me, Subaru owners are either massive geeks or total chavs. I am pretty sure it's a mandatory requirement.

I get surprised by what racing drivers own. Most don't have much money or are particularly fussed with road cars. One guy i know drives an old Panda 4x4 and another has an Alfa 164. I always expect them to have something fancy, but unless it's given to them, they don't!

It's the manifold headers that are an unequal length, not the exhaust. x

Ever since rexe on here got his i've really gone off them. His lasted 6months before he got rid and changed for an evo. Impreza's are totally overated. Evo's are better in every way.
