Jingling.. Sound whilst accelerating

Sounds like chains being spun on a swing when I put my foot down. I've also felt like the car is losing a little bit of power. Also, when I switch to a gear too high, the 'jingling/crunching' sound gets a lot louder.

possibly the spring bolts on the exhaust at the cat. recently repaired mine as they had rotted through the hole and made the same noise and caused power problems.

What did you use to fix it? Mines is the same!

Mine is also the same, after doing a bit of research its either the heatshield, centre box baffles or any of the connections on the exhaust (mani to cat, cat to zaust etc)
