Just purchased...anyone know the old owner?

Hi guys, just been to Cheltenham and purchased another 182 as my last one bit the dust in the snow!

It's black with cup packs and got a ClioSpot.net sticker on the back window, the reg is BV54HLM and am curious to see who's it was, the history and any mods etc...any ideas?
