Welcome to the club, you'll probably be a little disheartened to hear that "tuning" a 182 isn't very easy.
There's only small BHP gains to be made for relatively big money.
The best way to get the best out of your car would be to do basic breathing mods, suspension and brakes.

Ino ive found it hard with them not bin turbo or anything, think im just going to get remap now as that seems best option. Any places you can recommend?
